Free Shipping:

This offer applies to most destinations within Canada. Exceptions include The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, The Yukon, and any Island or other Remote locations. This offer also excludes any other destination requiring air, sea or ferry freight service within any territory or province. This offer does not include the tailgate or residential fee to which some orders may be subject. Also, please note all common freight carrier deliveries are curb-side deliveries. 

Products that ship via a Common Freight Carrier may require additional fees that are not covered by this policy, for example:

  1. Residential Address – Products that ship to a residential address via a Common Freight Carrier will automatically be charged a Residential Liftgate Fee. This Fee is $75 for Canada
  2. Business Address – Products that ship to a business address via a Common Freight Carrier will automatically be charged a Commercial Liftgate Fee. This Fee is $55 for Canada. If you have a truck-level receiving dock, this fee would not be applicable.

Parcel deliveries under 65 lbs delivered to residential or business addresses in Canada are not subject to additional liftgate fees.

Request for delivery appointments are subject to extra charge and not available in all circumstances. Appointments are not available for parcel deliveries under 65 lbs.

Although we make every effort to uphold our commitment to free shipping, Econoquip Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any "Free Shipping" if the quoted or charged rates are excessive (for example non-standard items, locations with limited access, or for other unforeseen circumstances). In the unlikely event that this should occur, you will be notified of any extra charges before shipping and given the option to approve the extra charges or cancel your order before shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items in our store will ship out in 1 to 3 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated. For parcel orders, the shipping time is 1 to 6 business days and for larger pallet orders, the shipping time is 1 to 10 business days across Canada. For more accurate shipping times, please give us a call or email us. 

Please note, the above shipping times are estimated, and may be subject to further delay. Please place your order with the maximum lead time possible to ensure timely arrival. A tracking number will be supplied upon departure from our facility.

What are my shipping options?

Shipping - Third Party Delivery:

This option provides delivery of your item(s) by a third-party freight carrier and delivered to your driveway (Curbside). An extra charge will apply for any appointment deliveries. Delivery personnel will not inspect, unpack or assemble products nor remove debris.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully before signing receipt. Any visible damage must be documented and reported to the driver. Items with minor damage may be accepted at the customer's discretion, but must be reported to the driver and Econoquip Canada upon arrival. If damage is severe and deemed unusable, please refuse the delivery with a damage notation. A signature without any damage notation represents an acknowledgment from the customer of items received in "good order" and will not be covered by insurance.

Can I return items I have purchased?

All items purchased are either final sale, or can be returned at customers expense for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Returned items eligible for store credit will be subject to a restocking charge and must be in original state when returned. It is the customer's responsibility to know the warranty & return policy details of each item purchased.

Unfortunately, shipping costs for commercial products are not eligible for refunds. Shipping costs for the return must be paid for by the customer. If you are having trouble shipping items back to our warehouse, please contact us and we can happily schedule shipping on your behalf.

Eligible items for returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and without damage. Receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return package or with you in-store.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@econoquipcanada.com. We will give you detailed information on how to return your items and will also be able to assist you with the return process.

 

NOTE: Our commercial products might be prone to minor scratches, scuffs, and defects, which are common. While residential products prioritize aesthetic over quality, commercial products value quality and durability over aesthetics.

 

Store Credit 

We can add the store credit to your account that can be used easily for your future transaction and has no expiry date. For any store credit with an online purchase, please contact us at sales@econoquipcanada.com and we will take care of that.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pick-up and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will ensure with can resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any opened, damaged, or used items are not eligible for returns. In addition, large appliances like refrigeration items cannot be returned and are final sale. Many problems are small enough to be fixed over the phone, so if you are experiencing any issues with your unit, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 1-866-663-7171.
